This member of the Messaging and Collaboration Support team, within Application and Technology Services, will provide Messaging and Collaboration and Identity support for UCSB. Support includes, email, calendaring, Google Suite ancillary tools and Identity and Access Management. This individual will also support Connect migration tasks, which includes preparations steps and post migration activities. This role will also assist with the assessment and design of engineering/ architectural solutions related to Messaging and Collaboration.
