As a high level techno-functional contributor, with recognized testing and quality assurance expertise and strong project management and collaboration skills, develop, implement, and execute the campus testing strategy for the implementation of the University's Peoplesoft HCM system (UCPath) at UCSB, coordinating team members in a matrix management environment to achieve timely delivery of testing outcomes. 

Manage the matrixed team and work effort for testing UCPath interfaces and processes. Develop testing strategy, plans and schedules, test tracking and reporting tools, entrance and exit criteria for testing phases. Work to ensure understanding of all testing activities, determine key priorities, testing technology solutions, and identify any testing gaps that need to be addressed, and obtain confirmation and acceptance from key stakeholders as a result. Create and maintain a detailed project plan for testing activities that include resources, task duration and effort estimates. Direct and participate with the project team in the preparation and presentation of project testing documentation as needed, including requirements definition, business process definition and mapping, and testing. Develops, executes and validates complex test scenarios. Presents information on testing activities to a wide audience of project constituents.
