Electronic Timekeeping Transition to ETS Service Center

The process for requesting assistance related to Electronic Timekeeping is changing. On the evening of April 21st, support for Electronic Timekeeping will be transitioned to the Enterprise Technology Service Center (ETSC). At that same time, the ets-timekeeping@ucsb.edu mailbox will be modified to send an auto-reply directing you to the ETSC.

You will have 3 options for contacting the team supporting Electronic Timekeeping:

  • Call 805-893-5000 (Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
  • Chat via the ETSC Self Service Portal (Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
  • Submit a question, request, or problem ticket via the ETSC Self Service Portal.

How will this change help you?

  • New Service Level Agreements for response and resolution of tickets
  • Have more channels for requesting assistance
  • Review the status of your submitted tickets at any time
  • Submit tickets on behalf of other users

We are hosting four hands-on training sessions on using the ETSC Self Service Portal over the next two weeks. You may login to the UC Learning Center and register for one of the sessions (https://www.learningcenter.ucsb.edu ) (search for “ETSC”).  Attendance is capped at 25 seats per session.

Session Dates and Times (choose one):

  • Monday, April 11, 2016, 11-11:50 a.m.
  • Thursday, April 14, 2016, 3-3:50 p.m.
  • Monday, April 18, 2016, 3-3:50 p.m.
  • Wednesday, April 20, 2016, 11-11:50 a.m.

All sessions will be held in Social Sciences and Media Studies (SSMS) Lab 1302 (next to Pollock Theater).
