After first consulting the SCRE Service support pages, researchers should contact their local/departmental IT support staff with any support questions. Tier 2 technical support questions should be sent from researchers' local IT staff via email to: scre-support@lists.ets.ucsb.edu

To request changes to your Research Virtual Desktop (additional licensing of software, larger encrypted volume, creation of file sharing group etc.) please use the Request for Modifications to Secure Compute Virtual Research Desktop form.
